Sales Terms

  • It is hereby informed that "Wardhaman Computers" is a marketing, distribution, retail and system integration company and is not a manufacturer, unless explicitly specified.
  • We hereby certify that our registration and business status under applicable Indian laws is in force on the date on which the sale of the goods specified in this Bill / Cash Memo / Invoice has been effected by us in the regular course of our business.
  • Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged. Once an invoice is generated it cannot be modified or cancelled for any reasons whatsoever.
  • Refunds are issued only in case of complete loss of shipment.
  • Expected time of delivery is typically 5–10 working days, depending on location and logistics conditions.
  • Shipping is done by reputed courier partners such as DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery or FedEx – depending on shipment load and destination.
  • It is the duty of the buyer to immediately check the physical condition of the purchased goods upon receipt. Any transit damage should be reported within 1–2 days of receiving the shipment.
  • Any products purchased from us for special usage in abnormal environments (i.e. other than normal consumer usage – such as server rooms, industrial, mining, or 24x7 heavy duty environment) should be informed to us at the time of purchase, otherwise the warranty shall be considered void.
  • No customer can waive responsibility on grounds of ignorance of these terms & conditions.
  • Physical damage / mishandling of products / liquid damage / power surge / tampering of warranty stickers do not fall under warranty. All products sold by us require a technically qualified PC hardware engineer for installation.
  • The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction for deciding any disputes arising out of this sale contract.

Warranty Terms:

  • Component orders sold by us carry only a carry-in warranty. Shipping charges (to & fro) to service center have to be borne by the customer. In many cases service is handled directly by the OEM / manufacturer.
  • For assembled systems – Wardhaman Computers may provide up to 1–2 years doorstep / onsite warranty in supported locations. This is further detailed in the warranty terms received by the customer with the final invoice (if applicable).
  • Where the words “Direct Warranty” or “Manufacturer Warranty” are mentioned, it means warranty is provided directly by the Manufacturer / Distributor.
  • We request the customer to send a copy of our invoice and delivery challan for warranty purposes whenever there is a service problem with any product. Shipping will be paid by the customer for the same, unless otherwise mentioned by the manufacturer.
  • Goods once sold will be accepted for warranty repair / replacement only if they are in good physical condition. Products with broken / burnt pins, pen / pencil markings, cracks, missing / tampered components, dented or damaged PCBs or torn / tampered warranty stickers will be rejected and considered warranty void.
  • The warranty clause stands void for damage caused due to mishandling of equipment for any reason causing damage of the products such as lack of knowledge, improper handling, wrong installation, electricity problems, moisture, liquid spillage etc.
  • Warranty is against manufacturing defects only and as per the manufacturer’s warranty policy. In case the manufacturer has a local service center then, for warranty, the customer has to approach the service center directly with purchase details.
  • Products under warranty will either be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer’s / supplier’s warranty policy. The decision of repair or replacement is not controlled by Wardhaman Computers.
  • We reserve the right to reject material received for warranty without accessories, manuals, software CD’s / DVD’s, cables & outer box packing if these are required as per OEM RMA conditions.
  • Any service litigation or problems related to product functioning under warranty have to be addressed directly to the manufacturer / distributor / company’s direct service center. Wardhaman Computers is not responsible for such litigation.
  • Warranty service will be given only where the full payment is made on or before the due date.

General Terms:

  • All information displayed, transmitted or carried on the Wardhaman Computers website is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • This site is updated and maintained by Wardhaman Computers or its authorized partners. The content is owned by Wardhaman Computers. You may not modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, re-post, perform, display or in any way commercially exploit any of the content without prior written consent.
  • Wardhaman Computers disclaims all warranties or conditions, whether expressed or implied (including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of information and context). We consider ourselves and intend to be subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
  • Wardhaman Computers reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel service at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the security or proper administration of the service.
  • Wardhaman Computers values the privacy of information pertaining to its customers and associates. We do not sell or rent information about your individual visits to our website or any information that you may provide to us, such as your name, address, email address or telephone number, to any outside sources except as required for order processing or by law.
  • Wardhaman Computers reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
  • Wardhaman Computers will not use information about you without your permission and will provide the means for you to manage and control the information that you have provided. We will enable you to communicate your privacy concerns to us and we will respond to them appropriately.
  • Wardhaman Computers does not disclose any sensitive personal information to advertisers or for other marketing and promotional purposes that could be used to personally identify you, such as your password, credit card number or bank account number.
